Mission Equity Capital, LLC (“Thinkem,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Thinkem mobile and web applications and the related marketing website (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to: (a) the Thinkem mobile apps (iOS and Android); (b) the web app; and (c) our public-facing marketing website and landing pages. It covers Personal Information and other data we process in connection with the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information. Name, email address, authentication identifiers, and settings you provide when creating or managing an account.

2.2 User Content. Documents, files, images, notes (“Mental Notes”), tags, and metadata you upload or store in your private “Memory Bank,” plus derived indexes (e.g., chunks, embeddings) created to make your content searchable.

2.3 Transaction & Subscription Data. Purchase history, plan, renewal dates, and entitlement status from the Apple App Store or Google Play (for in‑app purchases) and Paddle (for web purchases). We do not receive full payment card details from Apple, Google, or Paddle.

2.4 Device & Technical Data. Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, event and diagnostic logs, crash reports, performance metrics.

2.5 Usage & Analytics Data. Feature usage, session activity, and aggregated metrics collected via product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to improve the Services.

2.6 Communications. Support requests, feedback, and messages you send to us.

2.7 Cookies & Similar Technologies. Our marketing website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: (a) provide core functionality (secure storage, search, retrieval); (b) personalize and improve the Services; (c) operate subscriptions, billing, account entitlements, and fraud prevention; (d) provide support and communicate about changes; (e) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. AI, Search & Processing Partners

To power search and related features, we may process your content through trusted processors:

• OpenAI – natural language processing for queries. We configure services so your data is not used to train OpenAI’s models.

• Vectara – document chunking, tagging, embeddings, and hybrid search.

• Google Cloud – secure hosting and storage.

We do not sell your personal information. Your private content is processed only to provide and improve the Services.

5. Payment & Subscription Partners

• Apple App Store & Google Play (in‑app purchases): handle payment processing and refunds for iOS and Android purchases. We receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., receipt/entitlement status) but not full card details.

• Paddle (web purchases): handles payment processing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds for web subscriptions. We do not store card numbers.

• RevenueCat: manages cross-platform entitlements and receipts for purchases made via Apple and Google.

6. Information Sharing

We disclose information to:

(a) Service Providers/Processors: hosting, analytics, customer support, AI/search, subscription/entitlement management, and payment processing (listed above).

(b) Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights, security, and prevent fraud/abuse.

(c) Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable) to protect information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete content or request account deletion; we will act in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to/limit certain processing. You can also manage notifications and marketing preferences. Submit requests to info@missionequitycapital.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy & Age Requirements

The Services are intended for users who are: (a) at least 13 years old in the United States; (b) at least 16 years old where local laws require a higher age of consent (e.g., the EEA/UK); and (c) otherwise at or above the minimum age required by the laws of their jurisdiction. 11. International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).

12. California Privacy Disclosures

We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. California residents may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability by contacting info(at)missionequitycapital(dot)com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. If material changes are made, we will provide notice (e.g., in‑app, email, or website). The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version.
